How & When to Request Your Senior Transcript:

Your counselors will guide you through this process

• Submit your application first. Please do not request a transcript until your college application is submitted. 

Choose the correct delivery method:

• Common Application users: You do not need to use Parchment. Your transcript will be sent automatically through the Common App portal by your counselor.
• All other application modes: Use Parchment to request and send your official transcript.

Note on Summer Grades, Transfer Credits and Grade Updates:

• All summer coursework and transfer records are imported and completed by early September.
• If you request a transcript before early September, it can be sent, but it will only show grades through the previous semester. If your target college requires any of your summer grades, please wait until mid September to request your transcript.
• Grades are updated one month after the end of each semester
